✅ Order Policy:

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

• Shipping: We ship across India via trusted courier services. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

• Bulk Orders: For bridal or bulk orders, please place your order at least 5–7 days in advance to ensure availability.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy:

• No Returns on Perishable Items: Due to the natural and handmade nature of our products (like henna cones, powders, and balms), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the product and packaging.

• Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

📦 Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this, cancellations may not be accepted due to quick processing of fresh products
