Vittas Mehndi Studio is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to individual skin sensitivity.
2. Order Process
Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Once confirmed, orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or incorrect information.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch via approved methods (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
We do not offer Cash on Delivery unless specifically mentioned.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability.
Vittas Mehndi Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of mehndi products, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed upon verification of the issue with photo/video proof.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, and designs on our platforms are the property of Vittas Mehndi Studio.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. User Conduct
Users must not misuse our platform for illegal or harmful activities.
Offensive, abusive, or fraudulent behavior will result in access restrictions or legal action.
